Job outline

The Governors of Holbrook C of E Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching & Learning Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly  team. We can offer great children, families and work colleagues in a beautiful village surrounding. This post will be a mixed role, supporting children in our Reception/Year 1 class, with some 1:1 support for older pupils. This post is fixed term until the end of the year, but with the likelihood of extension. As a school we strive to be fully inclusive and support staff to develop their skills and knowledge so that we can provide the best outcomes for every child. If you want the best for every child and are kind, empathetic, patient and fun we’d love to welcome you to our team.

The position will be for three days a week (Monday-Wednesday),
8.30am – 3.30pm, term-time. The starting date is January 6th 2025 and this post will will run to August 31st 2025.

Visits to school are encouraged, please phone the office to arrange a look around and get a feel for our environment and ethos.
