We are looking for a caring, skilled and hardworking practitioner who:
- has a passion for Early Years and is excited to work within an Early Years unit;
- has bags of enthusiasm and initiative and fresh ideas to share;
- has excellent knowledge of children’s early education and can implement this to provide excellent provision to support and enrich children’s learning experiences in the EYFS;
- aims high for all children, regardless of their background or starting points;
- is a team player and will effectively work alongside other staff and professionals;
- is willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to build positive relationships with parents and children;
- is genuinely warm-hearted and will sprinkle kindness and love like confetti.
