Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking for a part-time role that makes a real difference? We are seeking a reliable School Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of two thriving primary schools.
About the Role
This is a part-time position for 10 hours per week, spread across three mornings, supporting the administrative needs of both schools. You’ll be based in each school during the week, becoming a familiar face to staff, parents, and pupils alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your varied and rewarding duties will include:
- Supporting with ParentPay administration and processing school-related payments
- Updating and maintaining the school websites and social media pages
- Answering phones and providing a warm welcome to visitors and parents
- Coordinating Cool Milk orders and managing the school calendar
- Supporting wider administrative tasks to help our schools run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and IT skills
- Is organised, efficient, and able to manage their own time
- Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
- Can maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism at all times
- Has experience in a school or administrative setting (desirable, but not essential)
