Job outline

The Governors at our fantastic school wish to appoint a talented teacher to join our team of dedicated staff.  We are seeking a passionate Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher who is dedicated to providing the best possible start for children. The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a passion for early years education, recognising the importance of balancing child-initiated and adult-directed learning in early education to provide the best possible start for all children.
  • Be committed to creating an engaging and purposeful learning environment that inspires young learners and reflects the needs of all children.
  • Possess a solid understanding of early child development to support the diverse needs of all children.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all children.
