The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Head of Business Studies to join our successful school. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing school that opened in 2018 and now serves over 1,200 students across Years 7-13.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction of the Business department, aligned with the school improvement plan.
  • Develop the Business Studies curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
  • Monitor teaching quality and student progress to achieve above-national outcomes.
  • Model excellent teaching practices and support department staff in delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Manage assessment and reporting, implementing interventions to support student progress.
