Have you the skills and confidence to meet the challenges of this large, ambitious, vibrant, inner-city multicultural school?

 

We are looking to appoint an experienced Chef to work alongside our Catering Supervisor who will:

  • be jointly responsible for providing approximately 400 healthy and delicious meals for primary
  • aged children and staff using locally sourced ingredients.
  • develop the school menu and support in the sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
  • Plan, alongside the Catering Manager, the smooth running of the school kitchen organising the
  • team and complying with the School Food Standards.
  • maintain high standards of hygiene, have good organisational and management skills and excellent communication with all customers.

Hours are from 8:00am to 2:30pm daily with a half hour lunch break.
