We need an experienced and committed primary teacher who has the knowledge, skills and drive required to lead a phase in KS2.

We are looking to appoint a creative, experienced and enthusiastic lead teacher who:
- has the vision, interpersonal skills and expertise to lead teaching and learning in KS2
- is an outstanding teacher, with high expectations and standards and is able to use these to raise standards across a year group team
- has a very good understanding of teaching English as an additional language
- has an innovative and exciting approach to learning
- has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice and that of others
- is willing to play a key role in the development and delivery and enrichment of our curriculum
- is a well organised and proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team.
