Job outline

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Caretaker at our lovely school. The Caretaker will be responsible for all aspects of site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the grounds for the school. This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within an education setting
  • Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety protocol
  • Strong maintenance skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Good initiative to ensure smooth maintenance of the school site
