The Local Trust Committee wish to appoint a committed Clerk to the Local Trust Committee at St James’ CofE Junior School
About the role
This is a flexible, part-time position supporting approximately 7 meetings per year (mostly evenings, term-time). You will play a key role in ensuring meetings run smoothly by preparing agendas, taking clear minutes, and maintaining accurate records. There may be opportunities for additional hours.
What you’ll do
- Organise and support LTC meetings
- Prepare agendas and take concise minutes
- Follow up on actions and maintain records
- Support communication between governors and school leaders
About you
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good written skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
